Valcor Engineering Corporation

Scientific & Industrial Cryogenic Solenoid Valves

Description

Valcor Scientific’s cryogenic solenoid valve family is broken up into two distinctive designs. Our SV91 series utilizes Valcor’s patented Floating Seal technology which is a gate type design allowing for straight through flow and optimal flow rate with minimal turbulence. Our SV95 and SV97 series are direct acting poppet style valves that employ Valcor Engineering proprietary constant load PTFE or PFA seal disks.

Application

The SV91 cryogenic solenoid valve design offers a tremendous advantage in size and power consumption for such applications as high volume cryogenic transfer, thermal chambers, and bleed valves, while the SV95 and SV97 cryogenic solenoid valve series are typically used for heavy and high cycle applications such as thermal cycling, food processing, and biologic freezers.
