Summary Determine, enter, and maintain routings in ERP system. Update ERP jobs with rework operations per material review board disposition. Determine and enter ERP jobs to make prototype parts, fixtures, and tooling.
Relationships Work closely with planning, purchasing, engineering, production, and QA.
Job Description:(Estimated % of time)
  • 40% Determine, enter, and maintain routings in ERP system.
  • 30% Update ERP jobs with rework operations per material review board disposition.
  • 20% Determine and enter ERP jobs to make prototype parts, fixtures, and tooling.
  • 10% Miscellaneous admin duties.
Position Requirements
  • Ability to produce high quality work, consistently, and efficiently.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast paced, medium sized company environment.
  • Extensive experience with MRP system (Epicor a plus).
  • Ability to manage email in Outlook.
  • A basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to interpret blue prints, assembly procedures, test procedures, and other specifications.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to develop and document internal best practice processes.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Education level; high school required, some college preferred.
