Job Title Inventory Control Clerk
Report To Inventory Control Manager

Summary

Under limited supervision responsible for domestic and international shipment documentation, scheduling freight forwarders and couriers serivices, and processing internal documentation for inventory and receiving. Works closely with Customer Service, Stockroom, and Shipping Teams to support inventory control and customer shipments.

Essential Functions & Expectations
  • Process shipment various packing slips
  • Process requisitions for department supplies
  • Process domestic and international shipment documentation
  • Schedule freight forwarders and courier services
  • Pull spare parts and finished goods orders for inspection
  • Pull parts for serial number verification when required
  • Assist in inventory counting and quantity verifications
  • Data entry for inventory and cycle counts
  • Retrieve shipping labels from customer portals
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Must be able to work overtime as required
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in Shipping and Warehousing Operations
  • Knowledge of ERP Computer Software
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Must have great organization skills
Requisite Skills Required
  • Must be able to read, write, and maintain records
  • Must be able to perform arithmetic calculations (Including: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
