Job Title ERP Project Lead
Location Springfield, NJ
Reports to VP Finance & Integration
Experience Required

The ERP Project Lead is responsible for the overall management of the ERP system implementation. They are responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing the budget, schedule and resources to successfully achieve the project objectives. The Project Lead will provide leadership to a cross-functional team responsible for designing, testing and implementing the system. Once implementation is complete, there will be additional career opportunities available within program management, operations, IT or finance supportive of the candidate’s skill sets and career aspirations.

  • Develop and manage a project schedule
  • Plan and facilitate all implementation events like training, testing, and design
  • Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage resources to ensure alignment with the project schedule and tasks
  • Manage outside consultants to ensure they adhere to budget, schedule and project goals
  • Facilitate process improvements as needed to better align the business with the design of the system and improve efficiency
  • Provide status reports to leadership of risks, project progress, and issues as needed
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex ERP projects in a mid-market environment required
  • ERP software implementation experience required
  • Epicor software experience preferred
  • PMP certification is highly desired
  • Good presentation skills required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • US citizen or permanent resident status required
