The Project Manager is responsible for overall management of Epicor data, processes, updates, and maintenance. They are responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing the budget, schedule and resources to successfully achieve project objectives. The Project Manager will provide leadership to a cross-functional team of subject matter experts responsible for helping maintain the system.

  • Develop and manage a project schedule
  • Plan and facilitate all implementation events like training, testing, and design
  • Provide consistent and clear communication between all project stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage resources to ensure alignment with project schedules and tasks
  • Manage outside consultants to ensure they adhere to budget, schedule and project goals
  • Facilitate process improvements as needed to better align the business with the design of the system and improve efficiency
  • Provide status reports to leadership of risks, project progress, and issues as needed


  • Bachelors degree
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex ERP projects in a mid-market environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Epicor software experience


  • PMP certification
  • ERP implementation experience
