Scientific & Industrial Dispensing Pumps & Metering Pumps

Description

Valcor Scientific’s solenoid and pneumatic operated dispensing pumps are positive displacement, piston driven devices that offer micro liter dispense rates at accuracies of +/- 2%. The SV500 dispensing pump series stainless steel constructions have wetted parts of 300 and 400 series stainless steel with PKM and EPDM o-rings, while the SV600 series diaphragm isolated designs consist of glass filled polypropylene and PKM or EPDM diaphragms and check valves.

Application

Both the SV500 and SV600 series dispensing pumps handle a wide range of fluids and are commonly used for reagent and sample delivery to analyzers and clinical instruments.

Design Features and Benefits

  • Stainless Steel and Diaphragm Isolated (chemically inert) constructions
  • Seal materials include PKM, EPDM, and PTFE
  • Self Priming; can start dry and capable of lifting 6′ of water
  • Can handle fluid viscosities as high as 10,000 centistokes
  • Accuracy / repeatability of ± 2%
  • Volumes from 3ul to 1,500ul per stroke
  • Volumetric rates up to 180 cm^3/minute.
