SPRINGFIELD, NEW JERSEY - A new "M" Series of valves has been developed by VALCOR SCIENTIFIC, a Division of Valcor Engineering Corporation, of Springfield, New Jersey. Valcor has been a world leader in the design and manufacture of solenoid valves for critical fluid control for more than 40 years. The new "M" Series utilizes existing valve designs which have been engineered and developed into specialized manifold and complete sub-assembly systems for scientific instrumentation or other industrial devices. Valcor offers an exhaustive list of plastics and elastomer seal materials for application compatibility, custom electrical terminations, a choice of mounting configurations, plus custom fittings for free standing versions as part of its new "M" Series. According to Tom Iervolino, Business Unit Manager for Valcor Scientific, "A complete sub-assembly, ready for system testing and system integration, can contribute significantly to lower overall instrument size and cost. A ready-to-install unit, rather than simply components, also saves the customer building time testing time, and increased cost savings.
